Usually a replacement product can be sent to you if the product is proved defective, but returns and refunds are not accepted.
Our replacement policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery (shipper’s delivery confirmation). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
Personal care products (soaps, shampoos, deodorants) are not eligible for replacement without a valid reason, such as in the rare case of expiry of product. Defective textile accessories items can be exchanged but not refunded. To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift checks are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (such as order confirmation email). We’ll send you a mailing label for you to return the goods to us. You need to drop off the items in a securely packed manner in a parcel collecting point near you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A replacement will be sent out.
Only regular priced items may be replaced. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
